Concrete Direct makes it an easier and smarter way to manage concrete purchases as it provides real-time order tracking unlike the previous ones. Now customers can navigate live truck positions on GPS, interact with customer service representatives using chat, share tickets, view active orders and history, modify orders in real time, and monitor the performance of their site teams from anywhere. Live truck position tracking reduces operational tracking calls, greatly improving logistics efficiency.
Concrete Direct provides business continuity to all stakeholders, digitally enabling them to keep their projects are moving, even in difficult circumstances like the pandemic. In addition to this, the driver has an interface on a smart device with order details. It also allows drivers to drop a pin to their place of arrival on their devices instead of requiring signatures, eliminating the need for physical contact between drivers and customers, enabling adherence to safety protocols and standards.
